Quality Control System
Albis Management System, from quoting, to the finished product, is consistently certified thereby meeting the highest quality demands is our constant aspiration.
Since 2003 we have been accredited with the international TÜV Rheinland certification. Currently, Albis is proud to be certified with the Quality Management System ISO 9001-2015 . Scope includes the manufacturing and sales of Flanges and Fittings for the Petrochemical Industry, Power Generation and Special Engineering and Works in all Grades of Steel.
Products produced at Albis, go through a checking process, and are hard stamped with the required information.
Safety and regulatory compliance are a critical priority and the company adheres to the Occupational Health and Safety Act of 1993 and is registered with all the industry statutory bodies.
An external consultant conducts regular internal audits and when necessary external audits are undertaken on external suppliers.
The health and safety of all staff is of utmost importance, as they are the company’s most valuable asset. We ensure that everyone works in a safe environment, with the correct protective gear, and we assess and eliminate risks as far as practically possible.
We are proud to call South Africa our home, and we bring with us Swiss precision through our founders.
As a team, we are meticulous in maintaining control and consistent quality and our raw materials are checked and procured from reputable suppliers and our products are produced strictly according to the highest standards to our clients’ specific requirements and specifications.
PMI TESTING
Positive Material Identification (PMI):
With great pleasure we can announce that we have replaced our PMI analyser with a more modern and quicker model. With this we can quickly check all materials received to ensure compliance and our products are PMI checked by our QC/QA upon final release before dispatching. By doing this we certify full compliance to the purchase order with regards to material grade supplied.
We offer the service, whereby if you bring us your materials, we can check the materials for compliance, and a report with chemical analysis will be generated.
Yet another way we strive to achieve the quality products that we are so proud to manufacture and supply.
